Each 25% ownership Interest grants you 13 weeks annually. Your residence is maintained in your absence, prepared for your arrival and serviced regularly.
Since your ownership is deeded, it is not only yours to enjoy for a lifetime – it is yours to give to your heirs.
Every Fraction of Jaco Beach Tower’s will be conveyed with a fee simple clear title guarantee in an unused LLC. This will insure your Fractional interest is under your control, and with a Costa Rican LLC you will have all the rights of a local Costa Rican citizen.
Owning a traditional second home directly on the beach can be very expensive with most homes sitting empty for most of the year. The owners of these homes are, of course, funding their upkeep and security year round, even while they are not in residence. Payment Schedule:
Initial Payment: $5,000 refundable deposit to reserve unit and allow client a 15 day
due-diligence period to review the Purchase Documents.
Second Payment: At the end of the due diligence period, $10,000 will be added to initial deposit to secure the purchase. At this time the total $15,000 is non-refundable and contract is executed.
Construction Payments: Based on approximate dates.
15 % - Due 30 days prior to ground breaking (approx. June/July ’08) less deposit.
15 % - Due after completion of building footings (3 months after ground break).
15 % - Due when walls of clients unit are completed (one month per floor).
15 % - Due when roof of the building is completed.
