Isthmus Real Estate S.A. is a company which operates principally in Costa Rica, dealing with mainly a foreign client buying base.

Isthmus Real Estate S.A. is one of the only firms located in Central America that offers a full range of Real Estate, Hotel and tourism related consulting services.

The company currently has seven other sales agents and six full time staff. ALL fully bilingual, and does business all over Costa Rica with its principal base of sales in the central valley area.

Position in the Costa Rica marketplace

Isthmus Real Estate S.A. is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Mr. Jackson (25 years Real Estate experience, 10 in Canada, and 15 in Costa Rica). Company formed when Mr. Jackson saw a gap in the Costa Rican marketplace for a highly focused Real Estate company dealing specifically with the needs of foreign investors, companies, retirees, and particularly people in the second home, vacation, and investment property market. In its years in business it has established itself as an industry leader in Costa Rica with a reputation in the industry for excellent customer relations and outstanding results. As most of its sales staff are from North America and Europe it is well placed to serve the needs of the incoming investor because many of the local Real Estate companies lack foreign experience and knowledge, and simply do not have what we call the "Hustle factor" needed in today's increasingly demanding market.

Its business is developing in particularly in four distinct areas, Commercial, Resort area residential, Central Valley residential, and Real Estate programs.

Transactions

In the year 2006 Isthmus Real Estate closed a total of 364 transactions in Costa Rica alone, ranging from leases with purchase options to residential, land, and hotel sales.

We anticipate 20% annual growth in sales in the coming years.

Costa Rican Market

The Real Estate market in Costa Rica has undergone tremendous positive changes over he last 10 to 15 years, and this market, in which Isthmus Realty is concentrating its efforts is anticipated to grow steadily as the tourism growth of the country continues to expand year after year. Tourism continues to grow which means increased international interest. The major growth areas of the Central valley and the Pacific beach areas are Isthmus Realties main target market.
